Basque Sagardo is traditionally served cold, poured into a wide-mouth tumbler from an arm’s length a little bit at a time to give the cider its signature creamy, effervescent mousse. Each lot is fermenbted with native yeasts and blended together in old oak barrels where it ages for 4 months. Everything's organic, no fining or filtration...so expect a little harmless sediment.
