This is one of the top wine blends of the world and it started right here in the Rhone Valley. The leading varietal Grenache brings an exciting fruity element to the wine that marries perfectly with the dark, spicy and brooding qualities of Syrah and Mourvedre.
Produced at a female run co-op of 12 different producers, this wine is nearly black in the glass (3 weeks of skin maceration will do that!). There are no additives in the winemaking process, nor fining or filtering. Classic Rhone Valley notes of black & green olives, smoky bramble and black plum.
