COCKTAIL RECIPES

The Snowball
1 part Advocaat
3-4 parts Lemonade or Lemon-Lime Soda
Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add all ingredients. Stir gently. Add a squeeze of lime.

Ambrosia
2/3 oz Cognac
5/6 oz Galliano
1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1 2/3 oz Advocaat
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled coupe.

Añogo
1 oz Anejo Tequila
1/2 oz Amontillado Sherry
1 2/3 oz Advocaat
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

Winter Velvet Alexander
1 1/2 oz Advocaat
1 1/2 oz Dry Gin
3/4 oz Fino Sherry
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with orange zest twist (discarded) and freshly grated nutmeg.

Crème Anglaise Cocktail
2/3 oz Vanilla Vodka
1 1/3 oz Advocaat
1/3 oz Cream
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Bombardino
3 oz Advocaat
1 1/2 oz Cognac
Fresh Whipped Cream
Cinnamon & Nutmeg Garnish
Gently heat Advocaat in a small pan. Add cognac and stir together. Pour into warmed espresso cups. Top with whipped cream. Add cinnamon and nutmeg as desired.
